Shipping and Return Policy
For a full product refund, or exchange, please return your items to us within 30 days of when you receive them. Please use the most economical method (we have found the US Postal Service as a good choice) to ship the items back to us. Please include a copy of the invoice you received with a note indicating if you would prefer an exchange, or a refund. Also please let us know the reason for your return so we can improve our products and service. Exchanges for a different product not due to an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you. If you are requesting a refund not due to an order processing error, we will gladly refund you the cost of the merchandise only. (If your order qualified for free shipping, a 15% restocking fee will incur). Unfortunately we cannot refund you the costs of shipping unless there is a manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made in the processing of your order.
Remember to return products to us insured. The United States Postal Service or UPS will insure your package against loss or damage. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered, or is damaged, we can not give you a refund.
Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the same business day you place your order.
